These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Growvora website and the Business Growth Assessment (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Growvora provides a Business Growth Assessment, personalised report, and optional consulting services. The assessment output is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service.
• Do not upload malicious code or misleading information.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, branding, and software, is owned by Growvora or its licensors. You retain ownership of the business information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that information to provide and improve the Service.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

The Business Growth Assessment and your resulting report are free of charge, with no obligation to purchase anything.

Premium features and ongoing consulting are provided under a paid subscription or a separate written engagement. Subscriptions are activated manually by us after we confirm scope and pricing with you in writing. All amounts are quoted in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Subscriptions run month to month unless agreed otherwise and may be cancelled by written notice before the next billing date; fees already paid for a current period are not refundable on a pro-rata basis unless required by law.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations and growth scores are estimates based on the information you provide and general benchmarks. Parts of your report are produced with the assistance of automated analysis and third-party language models; while we take care to ground outputs in your answers, we do not warrant that every statement is complete or error-free, and you should not act on the report without applying your own judgement. Business outcomes depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any revenue, booking, or time-saving figures shown are illustrative estimates, not projections or guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growvora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report or recommendation. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ZAR 1 000 where no fees were paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
